The Mortgage Professor
If you need help finding information (more information than you’ll probably ever need to know) about mortgages, choosing the right mortgage, and calculators to figure costs, insurance, options, etc. then there’s a great resource provided by Jack M. Guttentag, who is a professor emeritus at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. It can educate you about all of your options available, and has dozens of tools and calculators to help you determine which option is best for you. It’s called www.mtgprofessor.com.
